Returns & refunds

Contact the seller directly before sending anything back. Returns, replacements, credits, and refunds are handled by the store and must be approved by the seller before a return is shipped.

Buyer's remorse: Change of mind, no longer needing an item, or finding a different price elsewhere does not qualify for a return or refund.
Refused or return-to-sender packages: Refusing delivery or allowing a package to be returned to sender does not qualify for a refund without contacting the seller first. If the seller approves a resolution, they may deduct associated shipping, handling, payment processing, or other order costs.
Missing items, order concerns, or condition concerns: Contact the seller directly with the order details and photos, when applicable, so they can review and determine the appropriate resolution.

Cancel requests

Requests to cancel an order can be made to the seller before shipment, but cancellation is not guaranteed to be accepted or processed. Your package may already be in the shipping workflow even if tracking or order status has not updated yet.

Incorrect address

If an order was placed with an incorrect shipping address, contact the seller immediately. Address changes may not be possible once fulfillment or carrier handoff has started.
